Every Independent distributor of the company, apart from
doing their direct business, offered the scope of developing a team under them
for business development. They can refer
two teams under them as TEAM MEGA and TEAM MAGNA. Every purchase done by the members of the
team would be taken into consideration, Subject to terms and conditions of the
business, while calculating commission pay outs and commission is paid
accordingly.
Every Distributor must understand and recognize this as a business
model wherein you have to put your time and efforts to develop a team under
you. It includes training the team
members with respect to product features, team management, time management and
business target achievements. It involves your quality time and continuous
support to your team members.
You have FIVE different Incomes.
For your direct business you would be given retail profits
to the tune of 10 -15 %.
For all your teams business you shall get rewarded based on
Team Mega and Team Magna performance in the ratio of 1:2 Point value. Matched
Point value is paid and elevated to the paid stack, and balance unpaired point
value is carried forward. There is a
limit on maximum pay out to a Distributor at Rs. 1, 50,000/- per business cycle
subject to statutory tax deductions. Payout
is calculated 15 days once and paid for the business done during the period day1-
day15 on 23rd day of the
month, and for business done during day16- to last day of Month, the commission
is paid on 8th Day of the successive month.
